Selection of filter materials

When back-injecting filter media, the selection of the right materials is important for the filter performance. Therefore we offer our customers a wide selection of filter media which can be combined with different plastic materials. For example, we process nylon, polyester and metal mesh as well as different nonwovens and combine them with all standard plastic materials. We buy all our filter media from world-leading manufacturers and can therefore meet the requirements of our customers individually and in highest quality.

Filter manufacturing / series production

In our series production, we produce both single-component and two-component injection moulding. For this purpose, we have a machine park ranging from 22t vertical to 220t horizontal. The individual degree of automation is determined by the size of the series. We are happy to support you in the production of small series with manual assembly up to large series with fully automatic production cell.
