Whether in industrial canteen kitchens or at home: filters for cooker hoods are important to ensure a comfortable climate. In our product range, you can find a large number of different solutions for your requirements.

Compostable flat filters

Our flat filters are suitable as grease filters for all common circulating air and exhaust air hoods. The special feature of our compostable flat filters is that they consist of 100% natural fibres (viscose) and can be easily composted. Our compostable filters for cooker hoods are produced in an environmentally friendly production process (incl. chlorine free bleaching) and dissolve in natural compost within up to 12 weeks. Our compostable flat filters have a higher degree of grease separation than comparable polyester filters.

In order to minimize the safety and fire risk due to late filter change, our compostable flat filters are equipped with a saturation indicator. The indicator design can be customised and combined with your brand and company name.

Nonwoven filters

Nonwoven filters made of polyester are suitable as grease filters for all common circulating air and exhaust air hoods. They filter fat from the cooking fumes and thus prevent unhygienic fat deposits.

In order to minimize the safety and fire risk due to late filter change we can deliver our nonwoven filters with external change indicator on request.

Activated carbon filter mats

Our activated carbon filter mats consist of activated carbon and a polyester base material. They absorb unpleasant odours from cooker hoods in recirculating mode. Decisive for the quality of this cooker hood filter is the method of production and activation as well as the raw material used. In particular, it depends on the inner surface and the pore structure of the activated carbon how much odour is removed from the air.

Activated carbon honeycomb filters

Our activated carbon honeycomb filters are a further development of our successful activated carbon filter mats. They contain up to 15 times more activated carbon than conventional activated carbon mats. This enables them to absorb odours even better and longer when used with cooker hoods in circulating air operation.

Combination filters

Our combination filters consisting of a grease filter and an activated carbon filter combine the advantages of both product categories. While the grease filter filters the fat from the cooking fumes, the activated carbon filter absorbs the odours which they contain.

In order to minimize the safety and fire risk due to late filter change we can deliver our combi filter with external change indicator on request.

Activated carbon cartridges

Activated carbon cartrides are completely filled with activated carbon; therefore they can absorb odours very well. With our development department and our own injection moulding production, we are happy to implement individual solutions according to your requirements.

Pleated activated carbon filters

Manufacturers of cooker hoods are increasingly using pleated activated carbon filters instead of conventional activated carbon cassettes, as the former offer a larger absorption surface with lower air resistance.
