Riensch & Held sets out its quality standards with a series of certificates:

DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

Our management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 regarding the compliance with certain requirements for the development, production and distribution of our products.

HACCP

For our sector „production and storage of water filters“, we have a HACCP certificate. This certifies the hygienic and low-risk production of food contact articles for water filtration according to the general principles of food hygiene.

FSSC 22000

For the area of natural fibre filter production, we also have the highest quality hygiene certification according to the FSSC 22000 standard. This demonstrates that we meet the highest demands of our customers in terms of transparency and food safety.

The Food Safety System Certification 22OOO is currently the most stringent management standard worldwide and focuses on the planning and implementation of a safe food chain.

It was created by representatives of the international food industry, members of the ISO standards committee and representatives of the international food retail trade and covers all processes in the food chain that directly or indirectly influence the final product.

Unlike IFS and BRC, FSSC 22OOO is based on international standards. Leading global food manufacturers, renowned brands and trading companies prefer this independent standard to IFS/BRC.

The company Riensch & Held as well as numerous products of its brands are certified according to PEFC and FSC®.

PEFC (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes)

PEFC is a transparent and independent system to ensure sustainable forest management. Wood and paper products bearing the PEFC label originate from sustainably managed forests. Riensch & Held is certified according to the PEFC standard: www.pefc.org.

FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®)

The FSC® certificate is awarded to products that come from sustainable forest management. This includes the preservation and also the improvement of the economic, ecological and social functions of the forest enterprises. The FSC® is an independent non-governmental organisation with the aim of implementing responsible forest use. Riensch & Held is certified according to the FSC® standard: www.fsc.org.
