Selection of filter materials
Concerning the production of deep-drawn filters, the selection of the right materials is crucial for the filter performance. The materials used have been continuously developed over the last 20 years. We purchase our filter materials from the world’s leading manufacturers and can thus respond individually to the very different requirements of our customers. All materials used are, of course, approved for food contact in Europe and the USA.
Filter manufacturing / series production
On our fully automatic special machines, we produce filter pads in a controlled production environment. Due to our HACCP certification in this segment, we ensure the high hygiene requirements for our products. Deep drawing, filling, sealing, punching, separating and individual packaging are fully automatic. With our modern production facilities, we are the global leader in the field of deep-drawn water filters.
