Selection of filter materials

Choosing the right materials is important for the performance of the best filters. Therefore we purchase our filter media from world-leading manufacturers and can thus respond to your requirements individually. So, for example, we convert electrostatically charged filter materials in different compositions and grammages via ultrasound and combine them with plastic housings and other accessories depending on customer request.

Filter manufacturing / Series production

We produce all our medical air filters in a controlled production environment and under the strictest hygiene requirements for medical products up to class IIa. In our company bacteria and virus filters for inhalation and exhalation are manufactured in series. For this purpose, we use especially developed machines as well as our know-how in ultrasound welding technology and injection moulding.
